Who knew that today was World Kidney Day?
I just found out!
Anyway, sing the high heavens about this wondrous organ and if you have diabetes, hypertension, etc etc etc (the list goes on!) make sure your kidneys are still kicking it healthy-style.
Anyone want to have a kidney party? I don't quite know what it would be, but it would probably involve misshapen balloons and organ-shaped beans.
