Roger Ebert Predicted the Future of Film in 1987

Read the story over at /Film. It's pretty darn incredible.

Here's my question: Can he predict when Hollywood will stop turning old '80s-'90s toys into movies? Because I've got a great idea for coming-of-age story based on the Skip-It and I don't want to miss my chance.
