Isn't this one of the weirdest noises you've ever heard? It sounds nothing like what ice cracking sounds like in my mind (based on how it sounds when you dump ice into water).
The clip is set in a hilariously named place called Sardine Lake in Sierra, CA. I don't know why that's particularly funny, except that sardines in general are funny.
