Seriously, where are all these newspapers coming from? Also, lots of unnecessary explosions. Also, also, I really thought that the giant parade balloons were going to play a much larger role considering all the setup they received (all the posters advertising them, etc). Oh, well. That being said, it is beautifully animated (did you see the protag's face? It's amazing). Bravo!
